Former CPI MLA Yamuna Yadav passed away at his residence in Anishabad
in Patna on Monday after prolonged illness, his son and RJD leader
Manoj Yadav said.
He was 66.
Yadav is survived by his wife, three sons and two daughters.
He was elected to the state Legislative Assembly from Kesaria seat in East Champaran district for two terms between 1990 and 2000.
The Legislative Assembly speaker Uday Narayan Chaudhary and leaders of various political parties have mourned the demise of the veteran CPI leader.
